*We will place your brand info 1-3 business days after you complete the Sponsor Brand Information Submission form, which opens for you upon completion of a Convention Sponsorship purchase.

Discount Options

There are 2 ways to get a discount on your sponsorship package:

1. Purchase 2 Convention Sponsorships to cover 2 events in a row

  • Get $25 off the second consecutive full-price sponsorship
  • Keep your brand close to the top of the listing by being the first to know when info submissions open for the next event
  • When you purchase during the May 2025 sponsorship sales period, from the time of your purchase through the end of Protospiel Online August 2025, we’ll:
    • Keep your information posted around our website and in our email footer
    • Include your logo in our social media blitz run in the week leading up to each event
    • Prompt you to submit promo offers to include in our Digital Swag Bag sent to all attendees on the first day of each event**

**The deadline for these submissions for the May 2025 session is Monday, May 12, 2025 @ 10pm U.S. Eastern.

2. Join our Audience Share program

  • Save 40% on your sponsorship package when you choose the Audience Share Discount
  • In exchange for this discount, we ask that you help us spread the word about the convention
    • Share at least one message about Protospiel Online with your audience through your email list or social media
    • Where possible, tag us in your post so we can re-share and give your brand some extra exposure to our audience
    • Include event dates for the Protospiel Online session you’re sponsoring in each share
  • We’ll send our Audience Share sponsors pre-written messages via email to use at key points in our sales cycle.
  • Sponsors with all audience sizes publishing on any platform are welcome to use this discount.

Refund Policy

We aim to set up sponsorship placements within 1-3 business days of recieving the requested brand information from a sponsor. If we have not placed your logo or other brand information in any of the locations where we highlight sponsor information and you have not redeemed or distributed any of the badge vouchers included in your sponsorship package, you can request a full refund for your Convention Sponsorship up to 7 days after your purchase.

We cannot give refunds for any Convention Sponsorship purchases if we've added the sponsor brand information to any location where we feature our sponsors, any of the badge vouchers included in the sponsorship package have been distributed or redeemed, or the refund deadline has passed.

Sponsorship Terms

These terms serve as an addendum to our general terms of service.

For the remainder of these terms, "you/your" and "sponsor" refer to customers who have purchased the Convention Sponsorship product from protospiel.online and "us/we/our" refer to the acting organizer team for Protospiel Online.

By purchasing a Convention Sponsorship you agree to the following:

If you need to update your company name, logo, description, or links after your initial sponsor info form submission for a convention session you're sponsoring, contact us to request the changes. As long as this request comes in before the sponsorship deadline for the event in question (Monday, May 12, 2025 @ 10pm U.S. Eastern for the May 2025 session) we'll work with you to make the needed updates.

If you request changes after the sponsorship deadline, we cannot make updates for the active convention session. If you have an active 2 event duration sponsorship, you can request the changes when we prompt you to confirm or update your brand details shortly before badges go on sale for the second event your sponsorship package covers.

We seek to work with sponsors who uphold our core values of inclusivity, transparency, and collaboration in the tabletop games industry.

We will review Convention Sponsorship purchases before placing the sponsor's information on our web properties. In the event that we don't feel a sponsor is a fit for our community, we will decline to list the sponsor and issue a full refund.

If it comes to our attention that a sponsor we've placed on our web properties has taken actions that conflict with our core values, we will privately request a meeting with the sponsor to review and possibly mediate the situation. If we cannot find a resolution that's acceptable to both the sponsor and Protospiel Online, we reserve the right to cancel your sponsorship without refund and remove your information from our web properties going forward.

If, after we've placed your brand information on our web properties, you learn Protospiel Online has taken actions that conflict with your brand values, privately request a meeting with us to review the situation. If we cannot find a resolution that's acceptable to both the sponsor and Protospiel Online, we will issue you a pro-rated refund and remove your brand information from our web properties going forward.
