Total Email Sends includes Protospiel Community Newsletter, badge purchase confirmation, Attendee onboarding, and swag bag emails sent since the close of the previous convention session, all of which include sponsor logos in the footer. Total Web Views is the total visits to all pages of our web properties that display sponsor logos. These include the protospiel.online homepage, sponsors page, Attendee registration, prototype sharing forms, and the Digital Swag Bag.
We calculate Convention Attendance Playtest stats based off of designers’ estimated time to teach + test + talk in their #looking-for-a-game players wanted post and the number of playtesters who sign up for the playtest. It’s common for test sessions to run a bit longer than the designer’s estimate.
NOTE: The “Anonymous: False” setting shown in the poll display means Protospiel Online server members can see which users added which reactions on the poll. We manually anonymize poll info before sharing it outside of our server.
