Protospiel Online Badges
You can request a full refund for your Protospiel Online badge through 11:59pm US Eastern on the Thursday immediately before the event your badge grants access to.
In place of a refund, you may also choose to transfer your badge to an upcoming quarterly event, transfer your badge to a friend, or pass the cost of your badge on to one of our featured charities.
We cannot give refunds for any Protospiel Online badges after the refund deadline.
For example, if you purchased a badge for Protospiel Online January 2021 (January 8-10, 2021) we would grant any refund request you submit on or before Thursday, January 7 at midnight EST. If you submit a refund request for this badge January 8, 2021 or later, we would not grant the refund.

Badge Bundles
If none of the vouchers in your bundle have been used, you can request a full refund for your Large Group Badge Bundle up to 30 days after your purchase.
We cannot give refunds for any Large Group Badge Bundle purchases if any of the vouchers have been used or the refund deadline has passed.

Convention Sponsorships
We aim to set up sponsorship placements within 1-3 business days of recieving the requested brand information from a sponsor. If we have not placed your logo or other brand information in any of the locations where we highlight sponsor information and you have not redeemed or distributed any of the badge vouchers included in your sponsorship package, you can request a full refund for your Convention Sponsorship up to 7 days after your purchase.
We cannot give refunds for any Convention Sponsorship purchases if we've added the sponsor brand information to any location where we feature our sponsors, any of the badge vouchers included in the sponsorship package have been distributed or redeemed, or the refund deadline has passed.

Spotlight Sponsorships
We aim to set up sponsorship placements within 1-3 business days of recieving the requested brand information from a sponsor. If we have not placed your logo or other brand information in any of the locations where we highlight sponsor information, you can request a full refund for your Spotlight Sponsorship up to 7 days after your purchase.
We cannot give refunds for any Spotlight Sponsorship purchases if we've added the sponsor brand information to any location where we feature our sponsors, or the refund deadline has passed.

Charity Donations
You can request a refund for your charity donation through midnight EST on the Monday immediately after the Protospiel Online weekend that runs after the date you made your donation.
Within the refund deadline, we will refund your donation purchase less credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 on US issued cards, varies by region).
We cannot give refunds for any charity donation after the refund deadline.
For example, if you purchased a charity donation any time between the end of Protospiel Online October 2020 (October 4, 2020) and the end of Protospiel Online January 2021 (January 10, 2021), we would grant any refund request you submit on or before Monday, January 11 at midnight EST. If you submit a refund request for this charity donation January 12, 2021 or later, we would not grant the refund.

T-shirts
All of our t-shirts are custom manufactured through Printful. Since these products are print-on-demand, we are unable to give refunds on any t-shirts purchased through prtospiel.online.
In the event that your t-shirt arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you can provide us the info we need to submit a problem report, and we'll work with Printful to resolve the issue to the extent possible under their Return Policy.
