Follow these steps to get yourself to the right spot:
- Search your email for messages you received from us with the subject line "Your Protospiel Online order is now complete," and check the order details in these messages to find the one listing an item with "Badge" in the title that matches the above dates.
- Click the link in that email to "Active Your Badge"
- If clicking that link brings you back to this page, the mistake is on our end. Please reach out through our contact form and tell us the location of the link you followed that brought you here.
If you got to step 1 and found you don't have a message matching this description, consider:
- If you check your credit/debit card statement(s) and find a record of a recent purchase from "PROTOSPIEL.ONLINE," the confirmation email may be in your email spam folder or in a different email inbox than the first one you checked. Search those spots to see if you can find the confirmation email.
- If you don't have a record of a recent purchase from us on your credit/debit card statement(s), you'll need to purchase a badge for the next event from our badge shop before you can register.
- If someone else purchased a badge for you, they should have passed along a coupon code that will allow you to purchase a badge from our badge shop and zero out the cost at checkout. If the person who purchased your badge doesn't have a coupon code, ask them to reach out through our contact form so we can set that up for you.
Badge sales are only open for one event at a time, so there's no further action you can take right now. You can see the dates for upcoming Protospiel Online events on our future dates page.
To get a badge for the event after this one, if you have joined the Discord server through a previous event, keep an eye on the #badge-discounts channel in our Discord server on the week following the above dates.
We always open badge sales for the next event during the week following a Protospiel Online weekend, and #badge-discounts is the first place we share the announcement that badge sales are open -- along with a discount code available to all Alumni who purchase during the early bird sale period.
